The History of the Flapper, Part 5: Who Was Behind the Fashions? | Threaded

I was happy to see the return of The History of the Flapper series on the Smithsonian’s Threaded blog.  This post is on the influential individuals of the decade who helped to make the flapper style what it was.  I’ve enjoyed these posts for their insight into the styles and fashion of the 1920s and as contrast to the clothes worn for travel during that era (a topic I will get back to soon).  I hope you have enjoyed them too.
